No good service. I booked the room 10 days ago. They told me there isn't any available rooms match my booking because the issue of their system when I checked in. At first , they asked me to cancel and issue my refund, and then asked me book another room in another property. It was so unresponsibile they just ask my family with kids to look for another hotel at 10:30pm. The only way they did just asking me to contact Expedia and relocate my stay with another property. It took me more than one hour to find out a room which was not matching my booking to have my family stay overnight. However, the smell of that room is strong and there was flea. Such as a poor experience in this hotel!

Clean room but smelled a bit humid and dingy. Staff was amazing! Breakfast was okay but it wasn't cooked very well and there weren't many options. I LOVED the eco friendlyness of this hotel. Great job!

Our room wasn’t getting clean, trash piling up, ants started coming in, had to ask for it to be clean, sheets wouldn’t stay secure on the bed, both TVs were stuck in one channel, beds were very uncomfortable, pillows were awful. They use to have the BEST breakfast but this time it was awful….the eggs were sweet, no meat, and no waffles!

Beyond disappointed! We came down for a marine corp graduation with family. We both left the hotel and paid for the bestwestern plus in Oceanside after being told there is no way possible for them to help transfer to that hotel. The rooms stunk of mildew and mold, 1” gap under front door, light switch in the bedroom didn’t turn anything off or on, all the bedding was terribly damp, the wood coming down the stairs were rotted and broken. The hotel does NOT look anything like the pictures or description states or shows. The rooms are dark, very dated and dingy. But the smell was awful. When we asked for room freshener they lady with the cleaning cart laughed at us and said they don’t have those. They let us look at two other rooms and they were just as bad as the one they put us in. I have never been disappointed in any bestwestern we have ever been in, this place was was absolutely unacceptable. And I WILL be contacting bestwestern to let them know and now have to file for a return to get my money back. Stay at the BESTWESTERN PLUS IN OCEANSIDE! Carols helped us when we arrived there and he is awesome, friendly. The rooms were great, clean and staff beyond helpful!!!! Exactly what I expect when I book with every bestwestern!

Room was very dated, the curtains hung over the bed so that made it very uncomfortable for whoever was sleeping on that side. We had zero toiletries other than toilet paper and hand soap. The staff were very nice and apologetic. Breakfast staff was great, we had food allergies and they accommodated so that was great.

We had a room that faced the highway and it was pretty noisy. I asked to be moved for our second night and we were given a room that faced the pool. It was amazing! The front desk staff was very responsive. The breakfast bar was clean and nicely stocked. However, we hoped for some waffles or pancakes and missed the breakfast meat. We could have used more gluten free options. The staff there was very friendly and cheerful. It was a good way to start the day!
