The woman working the breakfast was very friendly and funny and did an excellent job keeping the dining area clean and fully stocked. She is the main reason we booked the Sleep Inn on our return trip

I am a fan of Sleep Hotels up until now.. i will not go back to this particular Sleep Hotel. From the beginning to the end i was disappointed. We had just driven 8 hours to the hotel and when we checked in last night we asked for a few extra pillows. We were told that there were non.. From there it was down hill. The bed was very old and extremely uncomfortable..The room was small and dirty and just old looking. The sink was out side the bathroom almost next to the bed.The shower was amd old. It was a shower enclosure and the gasket was coming away from the door so we had water all over the floor not good in a small area.. The drain in shower was rusty and shower head wS spraying all over.. There was rust on different parts of bathroom pipes..The sink outside of bathroom had a replacement faucet on it that did not fit so water was almost pouring on to counter top. Could not even wash your hands. The AC was very loud and door was broken on controls.TV was out dated and not many channels..There is an old saying .. you just can't slap lipstick on a pig... We will not be back...i have inserted pictures..

Just ok for 1 night

When the first thing you see is housekeeping dropping towels in hallway and pick them up to use, it doesnt gice you a good impression. Heater super loud so you jave to turn tv up to hear. Only ref in room no freezer to keep ice packs charged. Toilet in seperate room with pocket door. Can you say eww? That door is hard to open with unwashed hands. The faucet barely reached sink so its hard to get hands wet. Bed was comfy but what is with the mini pillows? Ugly brown carpet with stains does not make room look clean. I'll stick with Best Western was so much better.

When I arrived and front desk was awkward and the hotel smell so bad. Strong smell of marijuana and moldy. And floor wasn’t stable. Hotel elevator button had a lot of tapes on it and the room door wasn’t working. There’s a lot of cameras you can see on front desk tv. So creepy and disgusting. Dirty. I wouldn’t recommend. I had to check out on the spot and left. Booked different hotel. I almost vomited.

We would stay again.

Check in was easy & the staff member was friendly & provided hotel information such as breakfast hours, pool & gym hours. The hotel seemed a little outdated & could use new carpeting but overall it was clean. Our room was ok. The desk chair was a little worn. The weather was warm but the ac wasn't that cold. The beds were very comfortable.

Maybe it was because we were in a “dog friendly” room, but the bathroom was quite run down. The shower was either stained or dirty and inhabited by a huge spider. Staff was friendly and breakfast was adequate.

Friendly staff & Clean Rooms

I would score this stay a 4.5/5. Staff at check in & check out very friendly, rooms very clean. Breakfast was great selection and the staff member dealing with breakfast even bussed out plates from out seat, I'm sure thats not her responsibility and we where to do this ourself. The only reason for 1/2 point deduction was the room TV. The TV only had one station! The only buttons that worked on the remote was on/off and volume. Attempted to change the channel on the side of the TV also didn't work. This was minimal impact to our stay as we had been traveling all day so quickly went to sleep.

Always a nice convenient place to stay in Carlisle, tucked conveniently away for good parking-- just off interstate & Hanover St. / Holly Pike for easy access to the area. Nice expanded breakfast and staff. I'm starting to really appreciate the aromatherapy in Sleep Inn too. Appreciate the enclosed pool too.

Horrible Hotel

We asked for extra towels because our towels were actually dirty in our room, we were denied clean towels!! So we bought some at Walmart, we got up to get breakfast we got yelled at for taking our breakfast back to our room!! It isn't a friendly place, the girl that works 6pm to whenever is the only one nice person that works there
