Our farmhouse homestead retreat offers the quiet and private country space, while being conveniently located near the airport and downtown Des Moines, Adventureland, and the Iowa State Fairgrounds. This 5400 sq ft home offers 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a 500 sq ft Master Suite that has its own private bathroom with a jetted tub. The property sits on over 2 acres with a comfortable walkout back porch with a fire pit.

It is perfect for extended work trips, short term rental opportunities and groups.

Amazing hospitality! The house was beautiful, spotless, and so welcoming. The animals were wonderful, and the kids absolutely loved helping feed them — such a special experience for them. We also can’t wait to enjoy the delicious jams we purchased from your pantry. Thank you again for making our birthday weekend gathering so memorable. We look forward to returning again in the future!
