The staff were amazing. The pool heater was broken but they did everything they could to make sure my kids had a great time. They were always friendly and present for anything we needed.

We came FOR the pool & hot tub, opted for a late check out to swim the next day and we were kicked out earlier than early checkout bc the hot tub was FREEZING & they claimed to need to order a part, the temp of the pool room was also about 55°. Absolutely ridiculous!

I expected more from a Holiday Inn express. The breakfast was not good at all. Gross runny eggs. Half cooked sausage. And warm juices. It was clean, you could smell the bleach in the lobby.

It appears that the original features of the Holiday Inn Express have been modified for the room. The furniture appears to be old and not to the Brand standard. Ok for the price. Don’t count on Holiday inn Express experience.

I enjoy the included breakfasts. The pancake maker was not working so that was disappointing. The sausage was dry and I wish there was bacon. The headboards and the room chair were worn out. The leather was cracked and peeling. Toilet would not flush. Overall, I was pleased with the hotel.
