As a retired commercial airline pilot with hundreds of hotel visits, this was the worst experience I've ever had! Booked for 5 days. Checked in and front desk clerk gave us very little information. A text later asked if I had questions or issues. I responded that I didn't know the hours for breakfast and that there was a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower bar. I recall hearing/reading that housekeeping came every 3rd day to clean rooms. We put all our towels on the floor anticipating housekeeping. Upon later return that night we found the room was not cleaned. We had to pick our dirty towels up off the floor to use the next day. As I went to get breakfast that day I stopped by the front desk. The desk clerk was so engrossed watching a video on her phone that she didn't even see me standing there and ignored me. When we came down later to leave, I stopped and asked the desk clerk, "What's the deal with housekeeping?" I was immediately confronted with accusations of being rude. The discussion quickly devolved into more accusations. I was told housekeeping had passed by my room because there was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door at 10:30 AM. Was shocked to discover that housekeeping did not stop by later to check if the room was free to be cleaned. After being told the manager was not on the property and wouldn't return for 2 days, we took her business card. I called the manager and left a frantic message asking her to return my call but never got one. Will NEVER return!

We felt that the property was a great value for the low price. It did not seem as modern as some other similar Country Inn and Suites that we've stayed at, and looked a little "tired", but it was clean, safe, convenient and the staff was very friendly.

The room was ok. Clean but needs maintenance. Sheetrock repair, shower not fully functioning for a handicap accessibility and furnace thermostat not working. Needed new batteries that luckily I've replaced in my own home as front desk person really had no clue about and I did myself so I could have heat. They did have the batteries and I got my heat.

This hotel was completely renovated a few years ago and it's still in excellent condition. The room was very nice,especially the bathroom. They have a full breakfast which is always a plus.

Hot water kept going on and off during a shower (at 6:30 am on a weekday, so presumably not during a very busy time). Room fine other than that; some highway noise, but I mean it’s next to a highway, so…. Pool was also closed. Breakfast was standard for this class of hotel (eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagel, etc).

The worst of it was the no hot water. I've never been in a motel, hotel, airbnb that had no hot water. The interstate was right outside the window, literally 40' away and loud. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, the 'breakfast area' was closed early, and if you need to make more than one trip to load your car you better block all the doors open because your electronic key won't let you back in the building. Worst review I've ever had to give
