Brandy front desk is extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc. always had fresh coffee made. Marleen front desk also very nice. The room cleaned by Joyce was very clean. Beds comfortable and breakfast was standard type breakfast. I was afraid my dog while we gone would be an issue but due to such good staff they kept an eye on him not barking. Great suggestions from Brandy and Marleen not to worry. Thanks yall. Best front desk I have dealt with ever. Wish I had more time there and plan on coming back next year with family for farm show. Thanks

Breakfast was the pits. First, they had pork sausages-pork is not a universally accepted food. Even the cook said, she gets breakfast on the road, because what is available and she is made to cook is not wholesome. Breakfast should not be advertised as a drawing point, if the food is not real. I have stayed there twice, and had to get breakfast on the road.

The room was great. AC/heater worked well, comfortable beds, no issues with any dirty sheets/towels, the shower was nice, breakfast was pretty good as well. Hot eggs, sausage, waffles, pastry options. I know some hotel breakfasts I've had were limited but this was decent. Not very crowded and the staff/front desk was really understanding. Checkout time was at noon and like that we have the ability to check out at a later time compared to being rushed to leave so early in the morning. Microwave and fridge in the room. I didn't get to check out the gym or pool but would consider staying at this location again in the future.

Lady @ check-in very helpful as I hadn’t called ahead to reserve ADA ROOM as my husband travels with an oxygen concentrator. She was super helpful & we got the room. Also Sharon that took care of breakfast buffet was SUPER NICE; very friendly truly an asset to the establishment as was Romanian girl @ check out. Good stay,we typically stay @ Comfort Inn when we go to Carlisle
