It has three bedrooms with double beds (160x200) and two single beds (80x200). It is 20 km from downtown Catania, 47 km from downtown Syracuse, 17 km from Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, and 57 km from Mount Etna. Located in a peaceful and quiet area right in the heart of the Gulf of Catania, it is 650 meters from the public sandy beach (a 6-minute walk away), where you can enjoy a completely relaxing vacation.
The villa is completely detached; it is a single-story structure with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. It features a spacious living/kitchen area complete with a stove, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, and TV, as well as an outdoor patio.
It has ample private parking and outdoor seating areas equipped with a table, deck chairs, and a beach umbrella. Outside, there is a barbecue and two showers.
Both bed linens and towels are provided (additional sets are available upon request).
The owners are very kind and accommodating to guests’ needs.
