The property and surround area was clean safe and there was ample parking. Once inside there was no one at the front desk. After a few minutes a gentleman arrive to check me in. I was given 2 small bottles of water then proceeded to the elevator. My room was clean and stocked with fresh towels. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. After returning from dinner later that evening, my spouse and I had misic playing from our tablet. Security knocked on our door to turn the music down because they received noise complaints. We turned the music and television volume down. Shortly after the front desk called to ask us to keep the noise down because they received another noise complaint. I assured the young lady on the phone that the music was turned down from the 1st request from the Security guard who knkcked on the door. She rudely stated "you must have turned it down while on the phone but the security and I will be back up there". My spouse and I decided to engage in an intimate moment when there was a knock at the door again.The young lady and the security was back at the door asking if we could turn down the noise. I asked her what noise? Because we turned off the music and TV. She said "not the music the noise". I was so angry and annoyed at this point. What was supposed to be a 2 night weekend getaway for my spouse and I was ruined. I would never stay here again. The walls are too thin and the breakfast options are limited for someone who does not comsume dairy.
