Completely renovated in 2016 by a Franco-Sicilian couple living in Paris and passionate about decoration and design, the materials, coverings and furniture have been chosen with care, with both aesthetics and comfort in mind. Thus, the villa benefits from an efficient air conditioning system and real central heating that allows it to be used all year round. The exterior has also been completely redesigned: swimming pool with chlorine-free water (10m x 4m), garden with automatic irrigation, pool house (shower and toilet), lighting, and automatic entrance gate.
Villa Nausicaa enjoys an exceptional location with its superb view of the Gulf of Carini, the tranquility of the residential area and the garden decorated with typical Mediterranean plants: palm trees, laurels, bougainvillea, grapefruit, succulents... and a pond with aquatic plants (water lilies, papyrus and lotus)
It is located 200 meters from the sea where you can walk to it, and 5 minutes by car from restaurants and supermarkets (Auchan...).

Description of the villa:
It is composed of 2 parts:
- The main house, villa Nausicaa which extends over 2 raised floors and a roof terrace
- Below, an independent apartment on the first floor, Apartment "Ulysse"
Each level has a surface area of 80m²
1) Villa Nausicaa:
The first level of the villa offers a large living room whose two French doors open onto a terrace with sea views (East orientation, which allows you to have lunch there at noon without suffering from the heat). Its all-white decoration with blue touches gives it a very soothing "seaside" atmosphere. In winter, the fireplace can be used to warm up your evenings.
The kitchen, in Scandinavian style (Ethnicraft table and chairs), is very well equipped: dishwasher, steam oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, freezer...
On the second level, you will find 3 bedrooms with sea view, 2 of which are very large. One of these rooms opens onto a balcony from which you can enjoy a panoramic view. These bedrooms each have a king size bed (180 cm wide) – Gervasoni brand -, very comfortable and the lamps are from Muuto, while the third bedroom has 2 single bunk beds of standard size 90 cm (plus a 3rd extra drawer bed).
Spacious built-in cupboards allow a large storage volume (shelves, drawers and wardrobes). In addition, the first floor serves 2 bathrooms each with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a heated towel rail and a bidet for one.
On the 3rd level, there is access to the roof terrace covering the entire surface of the house with a 360° view of the landscape (sea and mountain at the back, west side). It has a lounge room (for aperitifs in the evening for example), and an outdoor kitchen (barbecue, sink and fridge/freezer). There is also a laundry area (indoors).
Home equipment: TV, WI FI internet, B&O portable speaker (Bluetooth connection), washing machine, "steam generator" iron, hair dryer...
2) "Ulysses" apartment on the first floor:
Nicely decorated in a graphic style around black and white with touches of yellow, this apartment on the first floor is pleasant to live in. Very well ventilated, it is naturally cool. The living room, main room, is extended by two large French windows opening onto a large shaded terrace overlooking a lawn.
A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, oven) is integrated into this living room, separated by a worktop.
The apartment serves 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, and the other with 2 single beds that can be pushed together, and 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, toilet, heated towel rails, one with bidet.
Outdoor equipment (whole house): table tennis table, numerous sun loungers, outdoor beanbags and garden furniture and pool access
The price includes: sheets, towels, dish towels, water, gas, electricity with a limit of 350 kWh per week, and final cleaning.
