Facilities were good! Bed was uncomfortable and pillows not great then on the second night a bunch of kids shouting and screaming outside the room and then outside then back outside the room. Cast Iron restaurant my partner enjoyed but I didn’t myself as not enough on the menu for my allergies.

Lovely setting, friendly staff. The communal areas of the hotel were wonderful and comfortable. Sadly the bedrooms let it down slightly, beds not comfortable, and room was quite dusty and damaged in places.

Lovely hotel, quiet in the suite separate from the main hotel. Good facilities- large pool and I liked there was a swim lane and general lane. Staff friendly and helpful. Little dated in the rooms but plenty of space, comfortable bed/pillows and very dark. Would recommend.

Friendly staff, beautiful setting, lovely breakfast! Afternoon tea was ok, not the best I’ve had, scones were extremely crumbly and the bread was a little dry. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, however I would have liked a fridge and the cold water didn’t run very cold. The spa facilities are lovely, clean and a good temperature. I would definitely stay again, it was so pretty with all the Christmas lights around the quaint little buildings and staff were excellent.
