Pleasant stay

Lovely communal spaces, great size room with wonderful views (but windows need cleaning) Good breakfast. Air con not working (but heaters provided) and pillows were too hard. Good location. Would definitely come back so more pros than cons.

Fantasic stay, even better with a little TLC added

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel itself was well looked after and gave really good vibes. My only negative feedback is the condition of the pool area. When your at the pool looking to relax and you're looking around at damaged or rusted walls and features, it really puts you off. I'd recommens a fresh lick of paint and some tropical plants that thrive on humid, damp environment. < This would make a big difference.

The hotel was convenient, i stayed on the 12th floor and it was very quiet, so a good sleep. Convenient for central Cardiff, all walkable. Ideal for a one night business stay.

The rooms are a bit dated, and rough around the edges, but comfortable and clean. Good valie. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is good, just a short walk to the city. Car park was expensive, and cheaper options available, if more organised than me. Overall a lovely stay and I would stay ahain.

Lovely room and size, pool facilities was average at an additional £10 per person, which was okay but wasn’t informed there was swimming lessons going on when we went, television in the room didn’t work and when telling reception, they asked for room number to have a look but never came, and room was very very cold even with the thermostat on 30 degrees.
