We were given a code to access the property which turned out to be incorrect. It was after midnight and raining. Owner took around half an hour to get back to us with a new code with no apology. Complained and still got no apology or anything. Place was okay. Toilet seat was hanging by a thread. Didn’t impact us but was not great.
