i love this hotel and always stay here when i visit south wales. it’s a no-frills hotel. just really friendly helpful staff, great rooms, good parking and a great location. i very much recommend the place.

I was welcomed by a very friendly Angela in reception who provided me with information about my room and stay. I was provided with my Breakfast Box for the following day. My room was clean, spacious and provided me with all my needs. The bed was very comfortable and the duvet was warm. The reception staff were helpful and directed me to local services when required. I liked that there was free WI-fi in my room, unlike a rival another budget hotel chain which I had previously used.

This is a nice place to stay just a little bit dates but can’t fault it lovely place to stay at junction 36 of M4 lovely outlet place wit places like M&S, Next, Sketchers and lots more lots of places to eat too! Yes would go to this hotel again. Staff are very friendly it was nice
