The hotel is in the perfect position for the Utilita Arena (right across the road) and shopping is only a short walk away. No parking, although the web site says limited parking, but we didn't need that so it wasn't an issue. The staff were all very polite and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Some of the most helpful hospitality staff we have met.

I had to book last minute and the price was unbeatable. For the price this is a great stay. Location is top, the room clean and comfortable but what made the difference was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Mina, who was extremely welcoming and helped me with any questions I had.

Parking was an issue but I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and transport. Overall, it offered good value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently situated for Cardiff centre which is a couple of minutes walk away. A spotlessly clean and comfortable room. Excellent shower in the en-suite bathroom.

Very basic accommodation, but a good location. Room had little ventilation, water pressure was poor, and we had to ask at the front desk for a TV remote.

It’s great location But it feels a bit ghostly there. Also it isn’t a double bed. It’s two single mattresses so there’s a great big valley in the bed you will sink into!

Arrived quite late but reception was very friendly and booking in was easy. Nice sized room and bathroom. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Drinks and biscuits were provided. Very handy location for carpark (NCP) and a short walk to the stadium/castle/city centre. Checking out was easy and quick. We were even given a take away breakfast box. Thank you to Mina and all the team. We will definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, my double room was clean, spacious and quiet except for the door you access from elevator hallway to rooms. Need to adjust the hydraulics for the door to quietly close instead of slamming shut each time.. Walking distance to really nice restaurants, shops and pubs.

Meena on reception was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the car park was closed and the nearby NCP carpark was rather extensive which made the atay much more expensive than I expected.

When we got in it took over ten minutes to locate the desk clerk, the parking was under construction (no notice), there was no a/c in the room, one of the elevators was not working, the WiFi was not working as well. Horrific stay.
