Hotel taken over by new ownership since booking made. Major construction work going on outside. Car park a building site. Hotel looks like it couldn't possibly be open from the outside! Some rooms unbearably hot due to sun shining through windows that don't open. Rooms clean but paint/plaster dried onto floors/surfaces and TV screen. No soap, shampoo gel or rubbish bin. The only good things were the polite receptionist and convenient location to the utilita arena (main reason for booking). We wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel advertisment is nothing like it states. The cleanliness outside to inside is very poor. We booked a double room and have us two single beds .We comlined and we did get a double room. The toilet was not cleaned ,dust on the headboard where you write your name in it. Television did not work,tea stains on window ceil, no kettle in the room.definetley will not be going back. No car park we were told that the hotel is under new management and work is in progress. The hotel room is nothing like the pictures .

This hotel doesn’t exist at all. Do not book at all: The building is under heavy refurbishment and so the doors are closed. They didn’t even reply to messages while I was trying to reach them. I also tried to call them and number never rang. Do not book this place at all. Expedia refund.

We had a disappointing experience during our stay. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with dirty towels left behind. Parking was advertised as available for £12, but it was actually under renovation. We were not informed of this in advance. There were no proper payment options on arrival. The only way to pay was via email or text, which was not possible due to poor signal and no internet access. This should have been communicated beforehand so we could have paid in advance. The staff were unhelpful and rude. We arrived a few hours early and were told to leave and return at 4pm, despite the website stating check-in is at 3pm. Overall, the lack of communication and poor service made the stay frustrating - not worth the price paid at all.
