We booked this over two months ago, paid and had a confirmation number. Upon arrival, they informed us they had no room for us and sent us to drag out bags down the street. That hotel was dirty, worn and we were given no price adjustment, credit or even amenity to offset our inconvenience. Completely disappointed and embarrassed for those traveling with me.

Perfect Location

Check in was a bit hap hazard, got a double bed when I had booked a twin, was with my grandson. However, service after this weas great, especially Karol in breakfast, what a great guy!!!!

Superb location and service

Beautifully positioned to enjoy Cardiff. Easy walking distance to many of the exciting amenities. The restaurant was extremely good with staff who were attentive and gave superb service. Well done to all the team.

Hospitable staff, room was clean always. The only thing I didn't like was the parking fee which I feel was too much. £18.00 per night for hotel residents is quite outrageous. I've stayed in other hotels where parking was part of the booking so I thought the same for this as the itenary included parking. Only for us to get there and be told that parking needs to be paid separately. We had driven for over 3 hours and so did not have a choice. Other than that, we had a good time, tge staff are doing a great job but reconsider the parking fee, it's too much.
