Staff courteous. Hotel is cleanly kept with neat rooms with good space. Late evening staffer was very welcoming and helpful. Jose was also very helpful and welcoming over the phone prior to our arrival. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, although took a little while (20+min) to refill empty hot foods trays.

This hotel is spotless, they are cheerfully cleaning the lobby all day. We would leave for a few hours and come back to a clean and orderly room. Jose at the front desk is delightful, helpful & courteous. Always smiling. This is our 4th time staying here and we will be back, of course. The location in north county cannot be beat.

The free breakfast was cool it’s from 6-10 and everyone warmly greets you and the restock it always making sure it’s stocked . The rooms are spacious enough , the pool was nice and mind u it’s December it was heated I think . Honestly to me the best part was the staff they have good customer service will definitely recommend.

We did not have breakfast. We did not sleep well because of all the noise from slamming doors and people walking in the hallways and the noise from the freeway. The hotel smelled strong of bleach. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Coffee in room was ok but literally provided only one packet of cream and sugar.
