This is a charming cottage of two floors with Garden on three sides and a wooden terrace  where you can eat and relax . In a private corner of the garden there is also a big barbecue with wash basin and shower. The raised ground floor consists of a living room with kitchenette and 1 bathroom with shower. The basement comprises 3 bedrooms that thanks to Their location are cool in Summer  time and warm during winter. 

The cottage is  750m far from Museddu beach

Magnificent place

The house is fantastic, clean, spacious, with two bathrooms and three vast bedrooms. It has two floors and is surrounded by a lush garden with flowers and grass and has a stunning veranda like terrace on the first floor and a wonderful outside shower and bbq. We've not seen the hosts much, but they were easily within reach over whatsapp if we had questions. What we loved was that the sea and a wonderful restaurant with stunning views at the beach was within reach. We loved every minute of our stay and after exploring the island (walking on the selvaggio blu path, kanoeing with KKmountainseabaunei etc!) and so many beautiful beaches it was always great to come back to it. Thank you Allessandro and neighbours for making this such an unforgettable trip, I hope we can come back some time!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes und großes Ferienhaus mit gepflegtem und großem Garten. Die große Terrasse ums Haus hat uns besonders gut gefallen und bietet zu jeder Tageszeit Schatten. FĂŒr kĂŒhle NĂ€chte gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen lĂ€ndlichen Gegend mit einem tollen Blick auf den Monte Arista / Monte Ferru. Der weitlĂ€ufige Sandstrand ist in LaufnĂ€he (900 m) und bietet viel Platz. Einige touristische Attraktionen sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Uns hat die Woche sehr gut gefallen, wir wurden nett mit einer Flasche Wein empfangen und haben uns in Cardedu sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Wir können das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht! Es hat all unsere Erwartungen erfĂŒll. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herrlich ruhige Lage – perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und zur Ruhe zu kommen.Auch die Betreuung durch die Agentur war erstklassig: immer erreichbar, ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft

Es ist wirklich ein wunderschönes Haus. Mit einem tollen Garten, schön aber abgelegen gelegen. Schöne StrĂ€nde liegen 4-8 Autominuten entfernt. Zum Einkaufen braucht man ebenfalls 5-7 Autominuten. Der einzige Punktabzug betrifft die KĂŒche: Mit dem Ofen ist ein Gasherd gemeint, nicht ein Backofen. Das schrĂ€nkt sehr beim Kochen ein. Um auswĂ€rts zu Essen wird ebenfalls ein Auro benötigt. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur ist sehr gut. Uns wurde immer sehr schnell geholfen und wir bekamen sehr viele tolle Tipps! Danke dafĂŒr!

Scönes Haus in StrandnÀhe

Das Haus ist optimal aufgeteilt. Die Lage der drei Schlafzimmer ist unter optimal (kĂŒhl). An allen Fenstern sind Netze gegen StechmĂŒcken. An der Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung ist einfach und hilfreich. Im Ort Cardedu gibt es nĂŒtzliche kleine GeschĂ€fte und rechts und links auch noch kleinere Strandbuchten.

Besuch der Heimat nach 10 Jahren

Der Aufenthalt wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Sehr nette Menschen, traumhafte Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung und vorbildliches Management trugen zu einem unvergesslichen Urlaubserlebnis bei. Die erstklassige UnterstĂŒtzung bei kleinen und grĂ¶ĂŸeren Problemen, die zahlreichen Tipps in den Bereichen Gastronomie und AusflĂŒge runden das gute Gesamtbild der fast ausschließlich landwirtschaftlich genutzten Umgebung ab. Die Lage ist absolut top!! Sehr ruhig und mit dem Velo in 2 Minuten am Meer mit tollem Sandstrand. FĂŒr uns (50, 40, 13 und 12j) hat es gepasst. Das Haus ist zweckmĂ€ssig eingerichtet und Marco (Vermieter) super nett und kĂŒmmerte sich sofort um unsere Belangen! Wer „Party“ sucht, ist hier falsch. Wir wollten Ruhe und hatten diese. WĂŒrden jederzeit wieder unsere Ferien dort verbringen. Baden, biken, wandern, gut Essen! Top!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Museddu. Das Ferienhaus entspricht genau den Fotos. Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Terrasse ist traumhaft und auch der Garten fantastisch. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen und dadurch sehr ruhig, insgesamt war die Gegend angenehm wenig touristisch geprĂ€gt (zumindest soweit Ende April/Anfang Mai beurteilbar). Zum Strand gibt es einen Fußweg, auf dem man oft Esel oder Schafe trifft. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig, auch zum Einkaufen. In der NĂ€he gibt es schöne Wanderwege, da direkt hinter der KĂŒste die Berge beginnen. Die Kommunikation mit Marco war sehr nett und zuverlĂ€ssig, er organisierte sogar noch kurzfristig einen Kinderstuhl fĂŒr unseren Sohn. Insgesamt können wir das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Komfortables Haus, tolle Lage

Großer gepflegter Garten, schön bepflanzt. GroßzĂŒgiges sauberes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, um die Klimaanlage waren wir nachts sehr froh. Unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, da das Haus vor uns nicht belegt war, durften wir schon um 12 Uhr einchecken. GroßzĂŒgiges Willkommens-Geschenk vom Gastgeber. In der NĂ€he sind viele wunderschöne StrĂ€nde mit netten Strandbars, der nĂ€chste sogar in circa 15 Minuten fusslĂ€ufig vom Haus erreichbar. Wer seinen Urlaub abseits des großen Trubel verbringen mag und am Strand lieber Platz um sich hat ist hier super aufgehoben, von uns ein klare Empfehlung!

Dream vacation in a hidden gem

We have booked this house primarily based on photos and location, but the reality far exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect from day one. First of all, the welcome and hospitality from the host, as well as his helpfulness was very nice. The house is situated in a calm part of Cardedu in a walking distance from the beach. What we appreciated a lot, was a very smart division of the house into the day part and night part, so the night part was naturally cool also during the nights with higher temperatures. The house was perfectly clean with indoor equipment providing everything you would need to feel comfortable. Outside the house there is a large terrace providing shelter from the sun during the day and a large (regularly maintained) yard with a barbecue you would appreciate before sunset and in the evening. We have spent a great time in the house and will definitely come back.

Tolles sauberes Haus mit großem Garten

Das Haus und alle Einrichtungen waren in einem Tip Top Zustand. Es ist alles im Haus und um das Haus herum vorhanden was es braucht. Auf der Terrasse kann man der Sonne von morgens bis Abends folgen. Der großzĂŒgige Garten incl. Stellplatz und Einfahrt mit Tor sind super. Check in, Check out bei / mit Alessandro war unkompliziert und einwandfrei. Die absolut ruhige und gleichzeitg gute Lage zum Meer runden das Ganze ab. Jederzeit wieder!

Schöne moderne Villa, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Kommunikation und Check-In mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Leider gibt es in der Umgebung nicht viele Möglichkeiten ohne Auto. Dennoch könnten wir hier einen schönen Urlaub genießen.

Una bella casa fornita di tutto, posto bello e vicino al mare che puĂČ essere raggiunto a piedi in 15 minuti.Casa di nuova costruzione dotata di aria condizionata, quasi mai utilizzata perchĂ© le stanze sono fresche. Bel giardino ampio parcheggio. Proprietario gentilissimo . Esperienza da ripetere.

Genieß die Ruhe und die AtmosphĂ€re

Lage, GrĂ¶ĂŸe und Ausstattung des Hauses lassen keine WĂŒnsche offen. Der Tag kann auf der großzĂŒgigen Terrasse inmitten mediterraner Vegetation, bei vielen Wandermöglichkeiten oder am Strand gelebt werden. Trotz der sehr ruhigen Lage, ist es in die Stadt nicht weit. Wir kommen wieder.
