Lovely little bungalow, tastefully decorated, in a quiet residential area. Very well equipped. A car is a must though. Ten minutes from the airport. Five minutes to a big supermarket and shops. Easy drive to Le Cité and downtown Carcassonne. Easy access to motorways too.

Das Haus ist wunderbar, so eine perfekte Ausstattung hatten wir bisher noch nie. Alles war sehr sauber und Christine ist total unkompliziert. Es gab eine kleine Mappe mit Tipps in deutsch und durch die gute Klimaanlage haben wir es auch bei 40 Grad Celsius wunderbar ausgehalten.

Sehr schöne und geräumige Unterkunft

Wir waren zu zweit für sieben Nächte in der Unterkunft.Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.Alles ist sehr liebevoll und hell eingerichtet. Im offenen Wohnraum findet man die Küche, sowie den Essbereich und eine kleine Leseecke, hier hängt außerdem eine Klimaanlage, mit der man die gesamte Unterkunft auch bei über 35C noch sehr gut heruntergekühlt bekommt.In der Küche befindet sich neben Herd, Ofen, Wasserkocher und Spülmaschine sogar ein Raclette.Es gibt eine kleine Garage mitsamt Waschmaschine und Trockner.Im kleineren der beiden Badezimmern befindet sich die Toilette und im anderen eine sehr moderne und geräumig Dusche, sowie das Waschbecken.Im Außenbereich gibt es einen Sonnenschirm und eine Sitzgelegenheit.Die wichtigsten Orte in der Nähe:Carrefour (Lebensmittelgeschäft) - 10 min mit dem AutoTankstelle - 10 min mit dem AutoCarcassonne mittelalterliche Altstadt (Haupttor) - 10 min mit dem Auto, 50 min zu FußCarcassonne neue Altstadt - 30 min zu FußIn der Wohnung liegt eine Mappe mit Informationen zu nahegelegenen Attraktionen, guten Restaurants und diversen sonstigen Informationen.Alles in allem durften wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Häuschen genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Dix jours à Carcassonne

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison, mon épouse et moi-même, ainsi qu'une amie. Parfaitement dimensionné pour 3 personnes : 1 chambre avec un lit de 2 personnes et une chambre avec un lit de 1 personne. Tout est impeccable, il ne manque rien. La propriétaire est très prévenante. Très chaud lors de notre séjour mais la climatisation répond bien au niveau souhaité par les occupants. C'est le type même de location que l'on souhaite retrouver à chaque déplacement. Bravo... et merci !

J'ai réservé pour un week-end de compétition donc pas besoin d'être en centre ville. La localisation était nickel, maison pavillonnaire à coté de grands axes. La maison est parfaite ! elle peut accueillir 3 personnes. On s'y sent tout de suite bien. Merci à notre hôte.

Una casa con todas las comodidades. Espacio, limpieza, utensilios para cocinar. La atención de la persona excelente. Se debe tener en cuenta que la casa está a unos km de Carcassonne por lo que es necesario disponer de vehículo.

Maison très agréable

Maison très agréable située dans un quartier résidentiel de Carcassonne et très proche des commerces. La maison est très bien entretenue et équipée. De plein pied, cela est très pratique avec des enfants. Hôte très agréable et à l’écoute.

Tolles Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung in guter Lage

Obwohl sich unsere Anreise verzögerte, war unsere Vermieterin sehr geduldig und machte uns den Zutritt zum Haus sogar mitten in der Nacht möglich. Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang. Der neu renovierte Doppelhaus Bungalow in schöner, ruhiger, reiner Wohnlage ist für 3 Erwachsene, 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett (haben sehr gut geschlafen), bzw. Einzelbett ausgestattet, geeignet. Das Grundstück ist schön angelegt, sauber, ordentlich und zu den drei offenen Seiten hin mit einem Zaun abgegrenzt. Vor dem Haus, luden Tisch und Stühle (überdacht) zum Frühstück ein, hinter dem Haus standen zwei Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung. Zum Ausstattung: Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und ein Gefrierschrank waren bei 35° Außentemperatur sehr willkommen. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im offenen Küchen-/ Wohnbereich. Einfach die Türen zu den Schlafräumen tagsüber ggf. auch nachts auf lassen und es ist in allen Räumen angenehm kühl. Über Senseo, Wasserkocher, Raclette, Zauberstab, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Wäscheleine, Putzzeug und Staubsauger,.. ist alles vorhanden, was auch einen längeren Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet. Die neuen Fenster und dass alle Fenster sowohl mit Vorhängen als auch mit Klappläden verschlossen werden können, halten sowohl hohe Temperaturen als auch fremde Blicke ab. Bettwäsche / Handtücher waren vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war mit Hilfe eines Übersetzers jederzeit möglich. Unsere wenige Fragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet. Wir kommen wieder!!
