Perfectly located apartment in Carcassonne

This pretty little apartment is well-appointed and is a short walk to both the Cite and the local town. The view is spectacular. You will not regret staying here.

Under the Walls!

I was there a week, having stayed in the area 3 times before. All in all, this was my best accommodations. The apartment was great aside from a couple of minor plumbing problems, but he's working on those. And I suggested he put a curtain on the bedroom window! :-) And an escalator up the hill to the Cite would be nice too! ;-) Oooh, or a tramway! :-)

Amazing location and lovely apartment

For location you couldn’t find a better place just down the hill from the aude gate into the medieval city and a short walk over the medical bridge into the main town. The apartment was beautifully finished with all that was needed to make this a very pleasurable self catering holiday. There are plenty of places to eat in the city but it was nice to be able to visit the markets and knock up a quick dinner after exploring the great historical sights in the vicinity of Carcassonne. If you are staying for more than a few days then a car is essential to explore the surrounding area.

Great apartment in Carcassonne

The apartment was great for the three of us. An amazing view, exactly as pictured, and a very comfortable, newly renovated apartment. It is quiet and peaceful, and within easy walking distance of both the medieval city and the new town across the river. We had a great visit and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Carcassonne. The owners were very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Emplacement ideal pour visite cité et ville. Équipement tres complet. Belle déco et etat de l'ensemble impeccable. Tout Petit bemol, les volets de la chambre pas assez occultans et la fenêtre de toit sans possibilité d'occulter également.

En étant si près de la bastide médiévale, je ne m’attendait pas à grand chose de cette appartement, mais j’ai été agréablement surpris. Très propre, très bien équippé, spacieux, air climatisé et électroménagers très performants. L’appartement semble avoir été rénové récemment. La vue sur château depuis l’appartement était superbe. Boulangerie très près. Le séjour a été très agréable. J’en garde un beau souvenir.
