The Space:

You stay in a typical villa in the south of France, surrounded by its enclosed and landscaped garden. On more than 1500 square meters, not overlooked, you can enjoy the calm of the neighborhood, in the shade of the large trees, while observing the children's games. The driveway will easily accommodate three cars. The vast terrace with the barbecue area is an invitation to grilling and extended meals with family or friends. The swimming pool completes this accommodation with generous dimensions and completely secure. The interior of the house is on par with the exteriors; large volumes and careful decoration. Completely renovated recently, it is fully equipped, both in the kitchen and in the living rooms or bedrooms. The city of Carcassonne and its architectural and cultural gems are only a few minutes away by car. The Black Mountain, ideal for lovers of hikes and walks or bike rides, is full of magnificent sites for nature holidays.

However, the premises must not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We

ask our tenants to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it when they arrived (clean kitchen and bathroom, refrigerator and cupboards emptied, no visible dirt, trash removed, etc. If the apartment is left dirty, the tenant). will have a deduction from the deposit for the additional time spent cleaning the house, at the rate of €35/hour. The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, by SMS or by email, with photo(s) and/or video(s). We also offer our tenants who do not want to think about cleaning before their departure, a "complete cleaning" package which will be billed at €30/hour.
