The room was ok but the people staying there were mostly boarders. Biggest complaint NOTHING for drinks or snacks in the whole hotel and the floor flooded a little not sure if from rain or pipe.

Broken a/c, we couldn't adjust, when we asked for more pillows and blankets, we were told there was no housekeeper in staff and I saw a house keeper cleaning a room at that time. I was also told the hotel doesn't stock extra clean blanket or pillows. The parking lot light was in our window all night, illinating the room so we didn't get good sleep. We couldn't shut the curtains, they were "decorative" the smoke alarm would not stop chirping every 2 minutes. Very dissatisfied with the deposit, was not informed there would be a deposit, was was told the deposit would be refunded upon leaving, was told when I was leaving that it would be deposited in 4 days. So I was lied to on the deposite. Very unhappy I booked 2 rooms. There were no humans working to talk to and help aside from the housekeeper who "wasn't there" to help with linins. The WiFi and TV both didn't work. There was only one outlet for the entire room, we had to unplug the mini fridge to use the coffee pot. The vending machine was broken.yhe toiletries were used by previous tenets. You could tell because it was half empty in one room.

The check-in and check-out process was terrible. It took 15 minutes to check-in and 20 minutes to check out using an electronic kiosk. At check out the person insisted the hold fee I was charged upon checkin, was paid in cash and I would have to wait until a person thats comes in at 9:30 to get reimbursed..I paid the fee with a credit card..he kept saying no, you paid cash..he was arguing with me about it...he finally called his manager..after several more minutes, he finally comes back and says, your credit card will get credited..no apology..nothing

If all you are looking for is a cheap place to sleep for the night, this can work. Otherwise, it's garbage. It's a dirty and beat up facility. TV didn't work, lights were out. Also, don't let the free continental breakfast fool you. It was the absolute bare minimum. In fact, they had open gallons of milk and Sunny D in the small refrigerator. Seemed pretty darn unsanitary to me. I didn't touch it.

Smoke detectors were chirping throughout the hotel. There were no front desk employees only a kiosk. I was afraid to leave my room because another guest was locked out of their room because their key didn’t work and the kiosk couldn’t give them a new one. I would never stay here again.

First thing, there was no person to check us in. It was done via a remote kiosk with a person probably out of the country. Had never experienced that. The hotel overall needs some TLC. Painting, entry doors and pavement outdoors is bad. Rooms need to be remodeled. Our room was dirty had stains on the lamp and trash from last guest. The only good thing was that it was close to our wedding venue and the price was good. But I will say that the sheets were clean. Would not stay here again. Do not stay here.

if i could give zero stars i would. first. no one works the desk. it's an automated kiosk with people in another country checking you in. it was hard to understand what he was saying and took way longer than it should. second they gave me a room that had never been cleaned. so i had to go back to the kiosk and then a lady with a notebook told him which rooms were available and clean. third... these rooms are rough. damaged walls, doors, furniture. the bathroom door would not close at all. i would recommend sleeping in your car before staying here.

Don’t stay here needs work. No front counter person you check with a web chat kiosk screen. Only one lamp and two pillow. Not enough curtains closet window had none allowing parking lot light to light up the room at night. No Wi-Fi no Catv .Room big and clean no toilet paper holder. No elevator. Wouldn’t recommend because of no staff on property.

The room had dog food on the floor by the bed and by the fridge and the floor was dirty and all the corners were filthy gross. The Tv wouldn't turn on and was damaged with multiple large cracks on 2 different sides. When i checked in there was no staff just a kiosks with a person on the screen working remotely. They took the seperate $100 deposit via a credit card machine sitting on the desk next to the kiosks. Never recived a receipt for the deposit only a piece of paper with the room number wifi info and their charges for smoking or undeclared pets.
