Surprised to find that the wall between the bathroom and rest of the place was wide open (guess it was supposed to be romantic? So you could sit in the tub and look out to the parking lot?) The only "wall" was a shower curtain you could pull across the opening. But that meant that the light from the bathroom lit the bed area whenever the light was on, and there was no sound barrier (shower, toilet, etc.). Not a room for privacy. Breakfast was the most basic ever. It was a very inexpensive reservation, and it felt like it.

Room was not clean, terribly odor in room and hotel itself. Photos online are not accurate as the rooms are not as what is pictured on site. The bathroom was in bad shape. Bathroom tiles broken, and tbe tub was dirty.

Unfortunately, this Quality Inn is a stain on the brand name. My room had two beds and both had visibly stained covers. One looked like it had footprint stains like a child had walked in jelly. The walls were visibly marked up. The heat was set to 68 or 69 and could not be turned up by the thermostat in the room and the blower pushed the curtains open whenever it was running. The building interior looks neglected. Also, when I arrived it was late and I noticed the front desk attendant writing in a folder so I waited patiently at the front desk for them to finish. Despite clearly being visible, they didn't bother to even acknowledge me until finally after about 5 minutes I decided I had been polite enough and asked if I could check in.

Not much for breakfast selection at 6am. Maybe more food was available later but start time said 6am. Hotel room was so dirty. Carpet and bathroom floor visible dirt, dust, garbage. Bathroom walls mouldy. Bathroom shower ceiling mouldy and peeling. Quite disgusting.

The staff was fine and willing to bring extra towels and bedding quickly when requested. The room appeared to have been neglected. The carpets hadn’t been vacuumed very well at all. I don’t know if this was a pet friendly room or not but it seemed like there had definitely been pets in previous to us. My allergies were active.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice. Definitely would stay there again. Only problem was when I checked in I had reserved 2 rooms and the day shift gave one of my rooms to someone else so we only had one room. The lady at the desk working the evening shift took care of it and worked it out.

I checked in to my room the first one had bugs on the fridge and the wall so the very nice lady switched me immediately to a king suit which was very nice of her, as I entered I noticed dog food all over the floor that I had to clean myself, a dirty towel and wash cloth still hanging on the shower curtain rod, and the tub was dirty. The bed was comfortable but our blanket had blood stains all over it and cigarette burns. I did have a relaxing time but only after I had to clean someone else’s mess first and I was truly worried about taking “extra friends” home with me.
