A modern, secluded villa in a quiet neighborhood, nestled among the trees, with a view of Morlaix Bay and the nearby island of Callot.
The house is a five-minute walk from Cosmeur Beach and close to the sailing school. Featuring a large open-concept kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows, the house is divided into two floors. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a sea view and the other a children’s room with bunk beds. The lower floor has three bedrooms with double beds. This floor also features its own living room, a bathroom, a sauna, and exercise equipment.
