O hotel e o staff são muito bons! Café da manhã básico mas bom também! Achei os valores do restaurante (almoço e jantar) um pouco caro. Piscina excelente! Arrumação dos quartos todos os dias (basta deixar o aviso na porta que eles limpam). Disponibilizam cadeiras de praia e guarda-sol. O hotel fica quase na divisa com Ubatuba e a praia de Tabatinga é muito calma e tranquila.

O hotel é muito bom, super limpo, equipe prestativa, educada. O serviço é bom. O restaurante apesar de não estar incluso na diaria tem refeições deliciosas. O café da manhã é muito bom. O nosso primeiro quarto estava precisando de algumas manutenções, mas as funcionárias da recepção e o gerente se esforçaram para conseguir nos mudar para um quarto mais alinhado às nossas expectativas. Quanto a isso, não cabe nenhuma reclamação, pois apesar de ter tido essa troca de quarto, reconheço toda a preocupação e o cuidado que eles tiveram em solucionar o nosso problema e realizar a troca. Por isso, deixo aqui o meu agradecimento especial ao gerente e às moças da recepção. Ótimo suporte e atendimento do hotel. Tivemos uma boa estadia, o atendimento do restaurante é muito bom, funcionários muito simpáticos, comida gostosa, boas instalações de um modo geral. O chuveiro super quentinho, cama confortável. Só senti falta de reposição do croissant no café da manhã rsrsrs é tão gostoso que acaba super rápido.
