The room has no fridge, the modern air conditioning is confusing and was hard to operate. The high walled bath has no door or stairs for entry meaning a disabled person like myself cannot use it. The restaurant staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. I want to buy pepsi but they only had small ones and they did not accept cash or credit card.

Man ist sehr auf sich allein gestellt. Sprechen nur spanisch. Als Langaufenthalt Hotel nicht geeignet. Eher als Stundenhotel oder für 1-2 Nächte.

Amazing stay!

It is really a nice hotel for such price, the room “junior suite” was very big, and they have a hot water! (For Caracas it’s kinda problematic sometimes). Located about 15 min walking from the main plaza. I felt a really special guest there, the staff were very friendly and helpful. definitely recommended!
