CASA PALMA HIDEAWAY — ISLAND RETREAT ON NORTH CAPTIVA ISLAND
No cars. No bridges. No crowds.
North Captiva is accessible only by boat, ferry, or small plane, and once you're here, everyone gets around by golf cart. That's part of what makes this island so different from a typical Florida beach town — and why a stay here feels like a true escape.
Welcome to Casa Palma Hideaway, a beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bath island retreat for up to 10 guests, just a short walk from the Gulf beach.
Your stay includes a heated private pool, two 4-passenger golf carts, covered outdoor kitchen and entertaining area, rooftop observation deck, fire-pit seating area, hammock area, professional-size ping-pong table, inflatable paddle-boards, dedicated coffee bar, marina slip access for guests bringing a boat, and access to The Island Club at North Captiva.
Whether your perfect vacation means mornings at the beach, afternoons by the pool, exploring by golf cart, heading out on the boat, or doing absolutely nothing at all — Casa Palma was made for it.
THE HEART OF CASA PALMA
Upstairs, the fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together in one bright, open-concept space where everyone naturally gathers. Prepare breakfast before the beach or a full family dinner without ever feeling separated from the group.
A full-size washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen — especially convenient after beach and pool days.
THE COFFEE BAR
Island mornings deserve good coffee.
Casa Palma features a dedicated, fully equipped coffee bar with a Gevi 10-Cup Drip Coffee Maker with built-in burr grinder, Nespresso Vertuo, and Yabano Espresso Machine with steam wand.
You'll also find a milk frother, whole-bean and pre-ground coffee, sugar and sweeteners, creamers, and flavored syrups.
Make your cup, find your favorite spot, and ease into another morning on North Captiva.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS — 4 BEDROOMS | SLEEPS 10
PRIMARY KING SUITE
King bed, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and private en-suite bathroom. Set apart from the other bedrooms for added privacy. The closet is reserved for owner storage; a luggage rack is provided instead.
QUEEN BEDROOM — MAIN LEVEL
Queen bed, wall-mounted TV, and ceiling fan, with the shared full bathroom just steps away. Conveniently located near the open-concept kitchen and living area.
TWIN BEDROOM — MAIN LEVEL
Two Twin beds, wall-mounted TV, and ceiling fan, conveniently located near the shared full bathroom. Great for children, teens, friends, or additional guests.
DOUBLE QUEEN CABANA SUITE — GROUND LEVEL
Two Queen beds, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and private connected full bathroom with a walk-in glass shower and double vanity. Located beside the pool, outdoor kitchen, and downstairs entertaining area.
PLEASE NOTE: The Cabana Suite is a separate ground-level space and is not internally connected to the main house. Guests step outside to access the main level. This makes it Casa Palma's most private sleeping space and a great choice for a second couple, extended family, or older children. Families with very young children may prefer to keep them in one of the main-level bedrooms.
THREE FULL BATHROOMS
PRIMARY EN-SUITE: Walk-in glass shower and double vanity.
MAIN-LEVEL SHARED BATH: Located between the Queen and Twin bedrooms with a tub/shower combination, vanity, linen closet stocked with fresh towels, and a step stool for younger guests.
CABANA EN-SUITE: Walk-in glass shower and double vanity, conveniently located near the pool and outdoor entertaining area.
Because North Captiva is a remote island, we make packing a little easier. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hand cream, dental floss, Q-tips, cotton balls and pads, hair dryers, plenty of toilet paper, and fresh towels.
OUTDOOR LIVING — WHERE CASA PALMA REALLY SHINES
This is where some of the best vacation memories happen.
Cool off in the heated private pool, relax in the hammock area, or gather in the covered downstairs entertaining space.
Casa Palma's fully equipped covered outdoor kitchen is much more than a grill on a patio. It includes a built-in BBQ grill, flat-top griddle, side burner, ice maker, beverage refrigerator, weatherproof TV, and three ceiling fans.
Cook an entire family dinner while everyone swims nearby, and because the space is covered, a passing afternoon shower doesn't have to end the fun.
Challenge the family to a game on the professional-size ping-pong table, then wind down around the dedicated fire-pit seating area as evening settles over the island.
Island tip: Mosquitoes and no-see-ums are part of tropical island life, especially around dawn and dusk. Bring your preferred insect repellent so you can comfortably enjoy the evenings outdoors.
THE ROOFTOP OBSERVATION DECK
Head up to Casa Palma's rooftop observation deck for the island breeze, views from above, morning coffee, or a quiet moment as the day winds down.
It's an escape within the escape.
THE GULF BEACH — JUST A SHORT WALK AWAY
Being this close to the beach means it becomes part of your day rather than an outing.
Take an early morning walk, spend the afternoon swimming and shelling, or head down on a whim to catch the sunset.
When you've had enough sand, your private pool is waiting back at Casa Palma.
Beach. Pool. Repeat.
TWO GOLF CARTS INCLUDED
North Captiva is car-free, and golf carts are how you explore.
Casa Palma includes two 4-passenger golf carts, giving your group the freedom to split up rather than having everyone follow the same schedule.
Head to the beach, visit The Island Club, grab something to eat, explore the island, or simply take an evening ride.
BRINGING A BOAT? MARINA SLIP ACCESS INCLUDED
Guests bringing a boat have access to a slip at the North Captiva Island Club Marina at no additional cost, subject to availability and vessel compatibility.
Slip sizes vary, so please provide your boat's length, beam, and draft as early as possible so an appropriate available slip can be coordinated.
Boat trailers cannot come onto the island and must remain on the mainland. The included access is to a shared marina slip at The Island Club, not a private dock at the house.
From there, spend the day fishing, explore neighboring islands, or take the boat out for lunch at Cabbage Key or Useppa Island.
PADDLE-BOARDS + THE ISLAND CLUB
Casa Palma provides inflatable paddle-boards for guests who want to get out on the water and experience the island from another perspective.
Guests also enjoy access to The Island Club at North Captiva, adding even more ways to spend your days.
Explore in the morning, hit the beach, come home for an afternoon swim and dinner outdoors — or do absolutely nothing.
Both work perfectly here.
THOUGHTFULLY EQUIPPED FOR ISLAND LIVING
North Captiva isn't a typical Florida beach town. It's a remote barrier island — and that's exactly the point.
That's also why we've put extra thought into the details at Casa Palma: a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated coffee bar, stocked bathrooms, fresh linens, full-size laundry, outdoor entertainment, paddle-boards, and beach-day conveniences.
Less time wondering what you forgot. More time enjoying where you are.
GETTING HERE IS PART OF THE EXPERIENCE
North Captiva is accessible only by boat, passenger ferry, or small plane. There are no bridges and no traditional cars once you arrive — just golf carts, sandy roads, and a wonderfully slower pace.
To make your arrival as easy as possible, we provide a detailed Casa Palma Welcome Guide covering island logistics, including ferry transportation, mainland parking, arrival information, and helpful tips for your stay.
Once you arrive, settle in, grab a golf cart, and let island time begin.
Come for the beaches. Stay for the slower pace, golf-cart rides, pool afternoons, outdoor dinners, boating adventures, and evenings under the island sky.
Slow down. Settle in. Make Casa Palma your island home.
We'd love to host you.
