right in Captiva’s desirable village area.

Let the white sands draw you out onto the beach for fun or relaxation, or swimming in the Gulf of Mexico.
Or you can lounge by the private heated swimming pool and a spa tub  (child safety fence available for use).

Although Laika Lane seems quiet and remote, a short stroll from this excellent location takes you to any of Captiva’s island shops, irresistible restaurants, and activities in the Village. Captiva Cutie has been fully renovated, remodeled and decorated.
The convenience of the one-floor construction makes Cutie a great family vacation home. 
The screened lanai adjoins the kitchen and living room, and the enclosure continues to encompass the pool, spa tub, and sun patio.

The lanai is a great place to begin your day while taking in the colorful and lush tropical plants that surround the property.

The shade of the lanai invites you to retreat from the beach and pool , while tropical breezes waft through and ospreys call from the treetops.

The primary bedroom with a queen bed has sunny windows, a vaulted ceiling, full closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a large tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, vaulted ceiling, and a large dressing area with a full closet. The third bedroom, over looking  the pool, has twin beds and a full closet. The guest bathroom has a tub with a shower.
Captiva Cutie has a stackable washer/dryer located across from the guest bathroom. Lots of beach towels are provided!

Minimum Stay  7 Night Minimum Saturday to Saturday
All reservations/cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions (policies) of the American Realty Rental Agreement once the reservation is booked thru 3rd party platforms.

Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee and  $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).
You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments(excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded. After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.
