Our charming little house, complete with a large garden and semi-detached entrance, is located in a quiet hamlet called Gaon in the municipality of Caprino Veronese.
The private garden offers panoramic views of the valley, the lake, and Mount Baldo.
This welcoming residence consists of one bedroom, ideal for up to two people, and a comfortable new pull-out sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two more.
The living area offers a comfortable sofa bed, a large dining table, two armchairs, a TV, an antique fireplace, and charming, functional furnishings, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Heating is provided by a fireplace and wall-mounted radiators.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with an electric oven, stove, refrigerator and freezer, a convenient microwave, and a kettle; it also has all the utensils and accessories for comfortable cooking.
The bathroom, featuring a large shower and bidet, features a modern design and is illuminated by a window that provides pleasant light and ventilation. It is complete with a washing machine and hairdryer.

Parking is available in the Gaon square.

Just a 15-minute drive away, you can visit the Madonna della Corona sanctuary (an ideal place for those who wish to combine moments of prayer and inner peace with opportunities to relax and enjoy the spectacles that nature has to offer in this enchanting location).
Restaurants and pizzerias are right next door, including the Gaon Pizzeria. The nearby cantina offers free tastings.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Mandatory taxes not included (to be paid in cash upon arrival):
- Tourist tax depending on the municipality, per person, per night (for guests aged 14 and over).
- Late check-in: surcharges apply after 7:00 PM.
