Independent rustic house with large private garden in Località Lubiara, only 3km from Caprino Veronese!
Traditional house of 130sqm with kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen has an electric oven and a wood-burning oven, a fridge, a stone sink, a capsule coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dining table and everything you need for cooking. In the living room there is a large table, a corner counter, a sofa and a TV. Bathroom with washing machine, bidet and shower with curtain.
Large open space on the first floor with two single beds and access to the room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Comfortable space for 6 persons.
Private, green garden with the possibility of outdoor dining and crickets.
Free parking in the fenced courtyard of the house.
Meeting point at the address: Car park of Località Lubiara 73, 37013 Lubiara, Caprino Veronese. Afterwards we drive together to the house.

Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-out at 10.00 a.m.

Compulsory taxes not included (payable in cash on arrival):
- Tourist tax depending on the municipality, per person and per night (from 14 years).
- Late check-in: after 19:00 surcharges will apply.

Optional extras on request (payable in cash on arrival):
- Bed linen and towels are extra, but you can bring your own and save on the final price. Reservation is compulsory!
- Early check-in or late check-out is possible ONLY on request and is subject to availability, additional costs will be charged.
