This spacious and charming ground and first floor flat offers panoramic views of the lake and surrounding moraine hills and is located in the quiet and picturesque village of Gaon, in the municipality of Caprino Veronese.
The renovated flat with exposed beams has three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with double beds and one with two single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. Room for 6 people. The three modern bathrooms are equipped with large showers and offer guests maximum comfort and privacy. The kitchen with dining table and washing machine, large stone sink, fridge, original wood cooker and gas oven is equipped with everything you need to cook on holiday.
The cosy living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a small table and a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Monte Baldo or Lake Garda (just 10 km away). Outside, a beautiful communal courtyard offers the opportunity to enjoy meals outdoors and to savour the beautiful view.
Free parking is located in front of the street.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Etwas abseits der großen Touristenhochburgen, findet man Ruhe und Erholung. Toller Ausblick, sehr schöne Zimmer, Küche und Wohnzimmer einfach, aber mit Flair.

Check-in war ok. Sie war sehr gestresst und hat uns nur die allernötigsten Infos gegeben. Das Haus war sauber. Die Badezimmer neu renoviert. Aber der Rest der Einrichtung ist uralt und müssten dringend erneuert werden. Die Zufahrtsstrasse ist sehr schmal und mit einem größeren Auto kaum passierbar. Die Parkplatzsituation ist katastrophal. Die netten Nachbarin haben uns grosszügigerweise den einzigen Parkplatz überlassen. Sonst wäre wohl nichts anders übrig gebliebenen als im Dorf zu parkieren und eine halbe Stunde hichzulaufen.

Sehr schön, die parksituation ist schwierig. Das haus hat keinen Parkplatz. Der ort ist sehr eng, die Strassen sehr schmal. Die Küchenausstattung ist minimalistisch. Es fehlt z. B. Ein Korkenzieher. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist super.
