We stayed at Villa Exelsior during our honeymoon and it was truly a 10/10 experience! Our room had a sunning view of the mountains and sea, we had breakfast brought up to our room every morning and the staff were incredible attentive. They helped us with restaurant reservations and activities. The pool area is also stunning. We felt so at home during our stay and didn't want to leave!!

Best welcome ever had

The hotel offers tremendous personal service, they came to the boat arrival at 10:30 in the morning and handled our luggage and the ride to the hotel. Upon arrival they situated us comfortably with delicious food while waiting for the room to be ready. They also provided a car ride to the town center for us to explore Capri right away.

This hotel was so amazing. The aesthetic and details of this place is beautiful. But the real standout is the staff. The staff is so friendly nice and attentive. Wonderful location and every staff member gave personal attention to all our needs or requests. This was our second reservation with Parco but will not be our last. They have a vehicle that meets you at the ferry dock and will take care of your luggage as well. Cheers to a hotel and staff that know how to excell at customer service.

One of, if not the best, hotel experiences I have come across.
