Schönes geräumiges Haus mit noch besserer Aussicht. Eingezäunter Garten neben Olivenhain. Im Garten steht ein Kirschbaum mit leckeren Kirschen. Haus ist sauber, mit schönem Pool. Der Empfang durch die Eigentümer war herzlich. Die Gegend und das Haus sind für Ruhesuchende geeignet. Im Dorf gibt es 1 kleines Restaurant mit Bäckerei. Zwei Minuspunkte sind, dass bei Wind Dieselgeruch aus dem Keller/Garage im Haus riecht und dass es im Garten klebrige Bälle gibt, die im Fell des Hundes verweilen.Tipp: Fragen Sie den Besitzer nach der Wegbeschreibung von Pieve san Giovanni nach das Haus, sonst ist es sehr schwer zu finden.

Super Ferienhaus in super Lage, kein Autoverkehr, viel Natur, schöner Garten, Haus sauber, gut eingerichtet. Freundliche Vermieter, Übergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert, bei Abreise ebenso. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht hat hier das perfekte Haus. Siena, Cortona gut er- erreichbar. Florenz ist 80 km entfernt, gut erreichbar. In der Ortschaft gibt es eine Pizzeria in der man gut Essen kann. Preise völlig o.k. Wir waren 1 Woche im Haus und haben es sehr genossen.
