Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor of the house, has a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and accommodates 6 people. Tastefully and modernly furnished, the holiday apartment offers every comfort you could wish for on your holiday. Facilities include air conditioning, cable TV, a baby cot and a barbecue. The highlight is the large, furnished terrace, which invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors with a view of the Gulf of Porto Azzurro and the Italian coast. Thanks to the ideal location of the holiday apartment you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, cafés as well as the sights of the city within a few minutes on foot.
