The apartment consists of a spacious double bedroom, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and two sofa beds, a bathroom with a shower box, and a comfortable outdoor space with a gazebo, table, chairs, and barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining.

Equipped with all comforts: TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, and a laundry room with a drying rack.

Important Notes:



– Arrival: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Late arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with an additional fee of €40.
– Departure: by 9:00 AM.
– Bed linen: not included, available for rent upon request (40 € double, 20 € single) within 7 days before arrival, pick-up at our office in Portoferraio.
– Pets allowed with an additional fee of €50.
– Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
