This property was very problematic. I purchased this as a gift for my daughter while she was working in the area. It looked like she could cook for herself and do her laundry to enjoy the visit and stay efficient with work and auditions. When she turned on the stove at all- the electricity went out, and electrical surges were using up her electricity credits;not something we were informed to consider.) her laundry washer was not working- was removed from the property and not returned during her stay. When maintenance did visit- they needed her to stay to let them in- which created conflicts with her schedule. These things were never repaired for her use, and she was not moved to a functional room- she just couldn’t wash her clothes or prepare her own food for an entire month- very challenging to her budget, and enjoyment of the stay.

The window view of lion's head mountain is amazing, as well as the furniture of apartment, however I noticed a lack of draining in the bathroom which I think would a great addition to the room. All in all 9.5/10
