Not enough parking underground. Had to park in the parkade opposite which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Well worth the price paid.

No air conditioning, very hot room. Not responsive to fix it or timely moving us to another room. Maybe there is no air condition in the whole building. TV not working. Had to call to have the safety box working after they reprogrammed the unit. Very dated hotel on a busy location. Area is not attractive, not coming back.
