So incredibly nice of the reception that when we arrived in the morning at the hotel they made sure that our room was prioritized for check-in which meant that we could check in before lunch. What a gem. Ideally located and with every amenity to make our stay comfortable and care free. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very tasty. Our only regret is how short our stay was.

Great location, very close to stores and restaurants, beach and hop on and off bus stop. Hotel was under construction but wasn’t too bad. Rooms were renovated but some things not done well, like knob of closet coming off. Staff was great, shout out to Thunder, George grace and Lisa.

The spa was disappointing, happy to support women run businesses, but it lacked the same service and was held in very large conference rooms lacking warmth with alot of outdoor noise. I think a trip to a proper spa may be better. Elevator was unfortunately not working for most of our stay, but the clean rooms and kind staff made up for this.

Moved to this hotel when we checked out early from a different hotel that was horrible. This hotel was great. Decor is a cool retro vibe. Room is very nice with a very comfortable bed. On the water, but still reasonably close to the CBD in a very nice neighbourhood with lots of dining options. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

This hotel is in a great walkable location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is undergoing renovations, so it was also a little noisy because of the construction. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant on site as a result of the construction. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel staff recommended several great ones.
