Loved our stay here. You get such a nice view and such a large apartment for a very affordable price. Pros - propr is accessible through WhatsApp if something is needed, beds are comfy, rooms are big, security is awesome, close to V&A waterfront. Cons - no phone number so communication before the stay was hard, a/c in bedroom didn’t work, pool was being redone so it was very loud in the mornings, and passport info was required prior which I didn’t enjoy.

Nice room. Good location. Walking distance to Waterfront. Quite a few good restaurant/bars close too. DHL stadium just over( under) the road. " with private balcony" not really, just a 30-40 cm "stripe" in the one we had.

Noisy location

With the location being on the main road you need to be ready to deal with the noise from the traffic. Also the window in the bedroom doesn’t have a lace so we had to keep the blinds down the entire time. The overall service and amenities were good .
