A luxury townhouse, setback in the very secure Majestic complex directly across from the beachfront with panoramic views of Kalk Bay harbor. The complex has a pool, sun loungers, a gym, and a spa, as well as secure underground parking. It is a 2-minute walk to Kalk Bay Main Road with a buzzing village vibe, a unique variety of restaurants, seafood, ice cream stores, quirky shops, and rock pools for swimming.
It is perfectly situated between two golf courses, Clovelly and West Lake, and a 30- to 60-minute drive to the winelands in either Constantia or Stellenbosch.
