Fully furnished and well equipped house ideal for working from home couple. Veranda has a stunning view over False Bay towards Seal Island, a perfect place to sit in the mornings and watch our magical sunrises. The cosy lounge with a fire place for chilly winter evenings has a flat screen smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas top stove, electric oven and dishwasher.
Bedrooms are all en-suite with sea views and balconies. Quality linen on all beds and linen changed once a week.
No grassed garden but outdoor verandas with planters. Use of swimming pool in guest house garden next door.
The house has a fabulous flow and it is situated within a short walking distance of Simon's Town village, Seaforth and Boulders Penguin Beaches.
The quayside is a 5 minute walk away where Shark Diving, Boat trips and kayaking take place. Stroll down to one of our many excellent restaurants or coffee shops. DM us for long stay rates.
Make yourself comfortable in your vacation home. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
