Stayed in the suite and the room is fabulous. Spacious, filled with light and very quiet. The staff, Tash, Lucas, Cia, and Patience were excellent. They are very helpful, professional and warm. Hotel is clean & comfortable. Good location for restaurants & bars which are downhill to the Main Street. Ample on street parking. Good choice of breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were phenomenal! I did not feel safe walking around the area, but we used UBER and had no issues. I would stay again. They allowed us to stay in our room until we left for the airport in the late afternoon. That was a real perk!

Welcome to a new kind of hotel experience

Derwent house made everything right to make our honeymoon as enjoyable as possible. Never seen a hotel go the extra mile in the same way. Could actually never have imagined a hotel could have this level of service. Even when I ordered a breakfast item outside of the menu they 100% delivered and went the extra mile to decorate it beautifully and add some toppings. Also loved the 24/7 jacuzzi and the friendliness of everyone.

Amazing hotel - the best!

Absolutely fabulous hotel - incredible service, superb room, great indoor & outdoor spaces and amazing breakfast. Complimentary tea, coffee and cake in the afternoon as well as well stocked honesty bar. I am struggling to think of a better place that we have stayed at around the world - it is the staff in particular that go the extra mile with everything that really differentiates this hotel from others.
