We stayed at a few private properties during our first visit to Cape Town and I can tell you that photos and descriptions are not always accurate. We were disappointed along the way, HOWEVER, with this property, I can hand on heart tell you that it is just as perfect as it looks in the pics. The flat is extremely spacious for a family of 4. It was spotless with all necessary items available. The welcome rusks were much appreciated after a long travel. The view was lovely, the flat itself is bright and airy. We were able to relax in the lounge and then go to our own rooms to sleep. The ensuite in the master bedroom was so nice although the clear door made us laugh a bit!Communication with the host was fantastic. She replied to any queries we had and offered her time to guide us when we locked ourselves out of the safe box. There is a lift to get into the apartment which is helpful for those with mobility issues. Definitely an added bonus. I was able to keep on top of the laundry with the washer/dryer in the kitchen. There were even washing tablets provided which helped us massively. The host expects us to respect their place and why wouldn't you when you have been given the opportunity to stay in a brilliant location mins away from all amenities and you've got a beautiful place to stay in. Thank you so much for giving us such a great impression of Cape Town. Highly recommend.
