The rooms and the property here were well maintained. Pricing was reasonable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms could use some updating. Linens were clean and beds/pillows were very comfortable. Ample parking and the outdoor pool area was clean and well kept. I would recommend the Saratoga if you are looking for a place with comfortable accommodations to spend a few days close to the beach in Wildwood Crest.

The location is great. Less than a minute walk to the ocean, no road to cross. The room and the pool area are very clean. We loved the food at their cafe. There is always a parking spot available. We came back to the hotel around 11 pm and there were a few spots available. The beach is extremely clean, well maintained and has a lot of life guards. The hotel staff was very polite.

The first thing that I’d say is that the ENTIRE staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Secondly, I’ve been there a few times and it’s always been clean. Lastly we’ve always like it because it’s such a relaxed environment especially by the pool.

Booked a last minute stay in Wildwood for the weekend. The area was quiet and clean. The staff were very kind and accommodating, and we had an overall beautiful time! Even when I had questions, the staff was very helpful. I think the rooms/bathrooms could have been a bit cleaned more thoroughly, but it’s not a deterrent as we had to switch to a bigger room and may not have had that final touch. Overall would come here again!

The room was a little outdated and not fancy. Had a refrigerator and microwave. Couple of chairs outside the door. Free Coffee in the lobby would be a nice touch. The beds were comfortable. Pool looked good and they had a little breakfast café that was nice also. Staff very nice.

It was a welcoming atmosphere. The property was maintained. However, I expected more. For example, I expected to have at least some drinking water in the room. The refrigerator could have been bigger. An additional small table and chairs would make it better. Thanks

The shower would turn to scalding water during a shower without any warning. We went to the office. The lady at the desk smiled at us condescendingly and said , “The pipes are old”. My husband, a paramedic and firefighter told her she should not rent the room to anyone with children or risk a serious injury to a child. She shrugged and said she’d have someone take a look. Nothing changed and no one looked at anything.
