Such a cozy stay! We loved the room and the location of the hotel is phenomenal. Even though it was off season, we found more than enough to do and the hotel’s proximity to everything was great! Definitely will stay here again if we ever come back to the area.
Charming and historic, great location. Responsive staff. We stayed in off season, in the off season Amex, which had a small common space with microwave, dining table and kettle- convenient for breakfast.
Very clean, cozy room with comfortable bed. Traveled in Feb so it was very quiet. Only con was the room was very cold but I didn’t realize until too late that there was an electric heater. Felt very welcoming and safe. McKenna was very pleasant and very helpful
Beautiful old building. Rooms are small, but just enough for what we needed. The staff were amazing. The several fireplaces going made it feel very cozy.

The Southern Quarters is run down compared to the main hotel. Our room was on first floor and we could hear people in coffee room adjacent in the morning. I would choose somewhere else for Valentines Day next year.
If in season you'd stay in the big hotel part..the one they show. Otherwise older less upkept rooms. Kept clean but 1 white extension 2 prong only cord for the whole room..open the shower door if sitting on the john so your legs have room...i only needed to sleep..but the disappointment in the room was real.
