Our property is located just 4 blocks from the beach and Washington St Mall. Street is very quiet. This is a 2nd floor unit WITH OFF STREET PARKING!!!! NO METER FEEDING OR FIGHTING FOR A SPOT.
Amenities include master bedroom with bath, 2nd full bath, laundry, full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, SMART TV's in living room, master bedroom, and bedroom 2, full WIFI access, two gas grills, central air conditioning. ALL 3 BEDROOMS HAVE UPDATED BEDDING, MATTRESSES AND FURNITURE. We do not provide sheets and linens but there are services in the area that will provide them for a small fee. My family and I have rented this property many times and have always enjoyed our stay. The house is perfect for 7 or so people. There is plenty of space to sit and eat together. The house is well equipped and within walking distance of Washington Square, many restaurants and bars , the West End Garage and a CVS. Dave, the owner, is wonderful to work with!

We have booked this house for several years now! We love winter stays and we were lucky to get some beautiful weather. The owner is the best & super easy to book with! The location is perfect, walkable to all the Cape May activities and action! We also used a reasonable uber to Oyster Bay for music. Highly recommend and we will return again soon! The host was wonderful and the house is very comfortable. It had the best supplied kitchen of any place I've ever rented. This would be perfect for someone driving down from New York to spend a weekend at the beach. However, being asked to supply your own sheets and towels is not ideal for someone flying across the country to go to an event at the Coast Guard base. Top marks otherwise.
