Situated on a 200 foot-wide Gulf access canal, the southern exposure of the outdoor living space and heated saltwater pool means full days of sun, beautiful morning sunrises and vibrant sunset skies.

Open-concept great room with large-scale, family friendly furnishings, Smart TV (guests will need to provide their log-ins for subscription based channels), sitting area with work desk, and large sliding glass doors leading to the outdoor living space.

Kitchen includes cookware, dinnerware, kitchen tools and small-electrical appliances, including a Keurig-style coffee maker. An eating bar with bar stools separates the kitchen and dining area.
Split floorplan features primary suite and guest rooms on opposite ends of the home; all bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort and all beds are made for your arrival with provided linens.
Primary suite with King bed, Smart TV, and sliding glass doors providing lovely water views and private access to the pool and lanai. The ensuite master bathroom has dual vanities, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.

A propane grill is provided for your use, with the purchase of propane (if needed) to be the responsibility of the guest.
2 Bikes are provided for guest use & enjoyment.
At the dock you can try fishing (you would need to provide your own fishing gear) or sit and relax as you watch for wildlife that play in our waterfront backyard! Should you choose to rent a boat, you are welcome to tie it up along the dock.
This home is in the middle of the best of SW Florida! The village of Matlacha is 15 minutes by car and is home to waterfront restaurants, bars, fishing, watersport rentals, art galleries & unique shops. Cape Coral is an ideal location for SW Florida visitors, the SE corner of the Cape has a lively nightlife & dining area; there are numerous seasonal parks, including a family friendly waterpark and the Yacht Club Beach Park; grocery stores, shopping plazas and dining are plentiful throughout the Cape. You'll be a reasonable drive from the stunning Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. A slightly further drive south will have you in Bonita Springs or Naples, where world-class dining, shopping, and lifestyles await you. To the north you'll enjoy the beautiful towns of Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte, nestled along the Charlotte Harbour. Seasonally you can enjoy the Spring Training facilities of the Red Sox or the Twins, and of course year round golf, nature, and cultural activities as well
