Waterfront Private Pool Home With Nearby Beaches

Unwind at our new luxury Cape Coral waterfront home! Enjoy breathtaking sunsets by the canal, fish, or cozy up by the fire pit. While indoors, you will enjoy our spacious open floor plan with a comfy sectional couch and full size kitchen that has all amenities to prepare meals and enjoy in the dining area. The entire house of all furnishings inside and out are brand new. All of our beds are memory foam and luxury sheets from My Pillow to assure you have a well-rested sleep. The towels are also luxury from My Pillow for extra fullness and softness. The kitchen is well stocked to cook those special meals for your family. There is a dedicated work space in one of our bedrooms where you can shut the door for more privacy. The spacious living room has a 70 inch smart TV that you can view while sitting on the comfy couch or while eating supper at the dining room table. The house is located in the southwest area of Cape Coral where you'll find other houses very well maintained. You will enjoy taking a walk through the neighborhood or riding bikes.

While it is wonderful to fish at the canal, please do not enter the water. Fishing poles and lure are located in the garage.

The Space:

*Bedroom 3: Full over full bunk beds with twin trundle; dedicated workspace; pack & play with sheets for the baby.
*All areas have smart TVs to log into your favorite stations, ceilings fans, extra pillows and blankets, towels, washrags and beach towels.
*The garage is where we also keep extra amenities like: high chair, beach accessories, fishing poles and lure, workout weights, exercise mat, bikes (a helmet is not provided). There is also a ping pong table and a sitting area.
*The kitchen is set up as a full kitchen with all amenities including spices and oil, and is also set up with a bar set for your favorite drinks. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, creamer, sugar and sweeteners are provided to get you started. Dishwasher pods, garbage bags and paper towels are also provided.
*A washer and dryer are provided along with laundry pods to use during your stay.
*A photo ID is required upon check-in and you must be 25 years of age or older to book.

Please see House Rules for pool and hot tub spa heat. There are no additional fees for heat.

*El Tarasco Mexican Restaurant (4.2 mi) - This is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants to go to for lunch. The menu is very reasonable with good portions served by their very nice staff.
*Luciano's Pizza (4.2mi) - Best Pizza in town. Small indoors but you can order take out and sit at the pub next door.
*Kumo Japanese Steakhouse (2.6mi) - Hibachi grill and sushi.
*Cubay Restaurant (2.1mi) - Wonderful authentic Hispanic food with outdoor seating and kid's menu.
*Lobster Lady Seafood Market (3.1mi) - Casual bistro with raw bar selections and various seafood dishes, plus beer, wine and carry-out; Serves happy hour food; has private dining room; serves vegetarian dishes.
*Key West Shuttle - Go from Fort Myers to Key West in 3 hours.
*Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall (9mi) - Theater & shows.
*Broadway Palm Dinner Theater (8.5 mi) - Theater & Shows.
*Edison & Ford Winter Estates (12 mi) - Featuring their homes on 21 acres, a research lab, botanical gardens and a museum.

*Cape Coral Downtown (4.4 mi) - Take a drive to downtown Cape and find many restaurants, pubs and shopping.

There are several nearby known restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers to choose from. There is a Walmart Neighborhood Market within walking distance.

You might desire to have the pool and/or spa/hot tub heated during the cold months (Jan-March). If you would like to have the pool heated, there is no extra fee and notification needs to be given to host at least 2 days prior to your stay in order to heat it up. You may ask the host for the spa/hot tub mode at anytime during your stay during the hours of 9 a.m. through 9 p.m. The spa/hot tub takes about 20-50 minutes to get to 102F depending on the outside temperature.

Fishing poles and lure provided.

Beach chairs, umbrella, blanket and toys are provided in the garage for you to take to one of the nearby beaches. We ask that you rinse the sand off before placing back in the garage.
The number of guests includes the following: No more than 6 adults and 4 children. There are two trundle beds and a bunk bed for children but not for adults. A baby doesn't count for the overall number of 10 and a pack and play portable crib and crib sheet is provided.

Bed Linens: On the day of your departure, please do not make any beds that were slept in so that our cleaning team can see the beds that need to be changed out.
Please do not wash any bed linens or towels because our cleaning team uses special products in order to keep our linens bright white. If you should encounter any issues with your linens or towels, please contact host. If your stay is longer than seven (7) days, our cleaning team will be exchanging your dirty towels and sheets. This will be an extra $30 charge for this convenience.

Outdoor Grill & Canal Firepit: When cooking on the outdoor grill, you can only cook on low heat. Cooking on high heat can easily start a grill fire. Please do not leave grill unattended. You must clean the grill after your use. Please turn off gas to both of these if you use them.

Please do not tamper with locked closets. We have these for our staff and personal use.

Pool: Absolutely no diving, running, or horse playing allowed in pool or pool area. The pool is not deep enough to dive. There is no lifeguard on duty so children must be attended by an adult at all times. There is not a fence around the pool area.

The screen doors on the back lanai are to remain unlocked at all times to allow the pool guy to service the pool. The pool is usually serviced on Monday afternoons (weather permitted). It may be necessary to wait one hour after he leaves to get back in the pool unless he instructs otherwise. Guests are not allowed to touch any of the pool equipment. The equipment is automated and can only be touched by owner or pool maintenance company.

In order to have the pool heated, you must contact host 2 days in advance in order to heat the pool. The pool heater will shut off if the outdoor weather gets below 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

Dates of service for the grass cutting are unknown so you may or may not see someone entering the yard with lawnmowers cutting the grass.

No smoking policy remains in effect at this property and will result in an extra cleaning fee of $350 to remove the smell. This also means no smoking inside and around the screened lanai.

Please do not run the air conditioner below 72 degrees or higher than 83 degrees. This can result in the HVAC unit to freeze and you will be held liable for damages.

Absolutely no parties, confetti or glitter.

We do not offer refunds for weather related events. We highly encourage guests to acquire traveler's insurance, especially during hurricane season. If we know ahead of time that a hurricane is coming, hurricane shutters will be installed against the whole back wall of glass doors.

We take pride in our professional cleaning staff and are provided before and after pictures of the entire home before your stay to ensure the home is ready for your arrival. Please advise immediately within the first 12 hours of your stay if something is not up to standard so that we can send our professional staff right away.

We kindly ask you to enjoy any food or drinks in the dining areas or kitchen only. Please refrain from bringing food or beverages into the bedrooms or living room to prevent spills, stains, and any unwanted pests.

Before you leave, we greatly appreciate you putting your dirty dishes in the dishwasher and running the dishwasher so that our cleaner can put them away before the next guests arrive.
