We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The house was stocked with everything we needed including a cooler, fishing poles, pool toys, iron/board, and a ton of board games to keep us busy during the frequent storms. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the towels were soft. The pool was perfect and the grill was nice for BBQ's. The owners provided written details of important information, were responsive to messages, and check in/out was seamless.

The property was as listed and beautifully decorated with a calming Florida beach theme. My family really enjoyed their stay. The pool was the focal point of the home. It was a nice size and we swam daily. The house also had enough towels, separate pool towels, Keriug, waffle maker, pans for baking, and decent variety of pots and pans. There was random condiments left in the fridge, they did have coffee pods, sugar, and a few seasoning left behind but I always bring my own items. Lots of games for kids too. The only draw back was the master bedroom bath was extremely small, but it's an older Florida style home so we understood the structure. We ordered pizza from Chicago's absolutely delicious and there is a Publix less than 10 minutes away. Sanibel isn't far we drove over to since we hadn't been since Hurricane Ian. My kids also enjoyed finishing although they only caught catfish...lol. All in all it was a great stay and I would book this rental again.

Tranquil Beach Themed Florida House/Pool

Gorgeous Quiet House and pool 3 bedrooms on one side of the house and the 4th bedroom on the other side. 3 beautifully redone bathrooms! A door to the bathroom from the pool area!! Smart! The canal is beautiful. You can see the sunrise above the houses from the lanai. Always shade in the pool area!! So awesome to find shade when the other people in the pool are in the sun. The kitchen was super functional. The dining room had a huge table. There was a 2nd table that we used for games and puzzles. The pool is big and deep and warm and wonderful. Super Cute "Hoot" like Ground Owls in neighborhood. Named Sandy and Digger. Super cute!! 1.5 miles from the nearest beach on a river. The Boathouse Restaurant at the beach was yummy. You can catch a sunset at that small beach as well. more Hoot ground owls nesting there too. About 25 minutes from Fort Myers Beach. Love Boat Ice Cream shop is on the way to or from the beach. Lover's Key State Park is about 35 minutes from the house. Beautiful beach for shelling. The house was beautiful. Colton was responsive and great. The pool was warm and wonderful. The location to Ft. Myers beach was a bit of a drive but totally doable. We drove to the beach early in the morning to shell and avoid traffic and the hottest part of the day. The house provided a wonderfully tranquil place for a vacation for the over 50 crowd.
