Love love loved this house. The house was perfect for my family to stay. We did have some trouble with on of the doors that went out to the boat dock, but minor issue. Loved how quite the neighborhood was, loved being able to just go out to the boat dock and do some fishing whenever. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends, and will hopefully stay here next time im in south Florida!!

When we arrived we were able to get into the house no issues. Then we noticed the house temp was 85 degrees. Lowered the temp from 78 to 75 and it took almost 24 hours before the house cooled down. Sent a note to the email listed to let them know and they said to keep them posted if it never came on. Turned on all the fans and closed all curtains we could so it could cool down but took a lot of time. A couple days later the door handle to the master shower came off, a cabinet door fell off its hinges in the laundry room after starting the washer, had no access to toilet paper or paper towels had to go purchase our own, went to swim and noticed the amount of algae growing in the pool and decided to not go it. The night before we checked out we had NO AC at all! Sent another note and the owner was going to send someone out but after staying up till after midnight no one showed so we all had to sleep in the living room under fans that were able to keep us somewhat cooler. Had I known no one would show I would have gone to a hotel for the night. No one slept due to how hot the house was. The house itself is great but it needs serious upgrades including massive deep cleaning inside and out, basic upgrades such as TV access to local channels, lighting that matches the house areas, curtain rods not falling off the walls, AC unit, pool cleaning and maintenance, and much more.
