Enjoy a dream stay in one of our apartments close to the beach in Cape Coral!

The Beach Resort includes 4 apartments and 1 studio. Our resort is located in the heart of Cape Coral, close to the southern Cape Coral Bridge that connects Fort Myers and Cape Coral. This is the ideal location to get to Florida's attractions and beaches quickly by car. The proximity to Cape Coral Beach also allows you to enjoy shorter beach stays and end the evening in one of the many nearby bars and restaurants.

Our apartments are individually designed and are in an easy-building complex, which offers absolute privacy.

Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area with a heated spa and integrated seats is screened and keeps out troublesome insects and animals.
APARTMENT SEASTAR

- fits up to 5 guests - provides: one Queensize in the bedroom / one Twin bed in an extra room / one big sofa bed in the living room - bathroom with a bathtub can be entered from the bedroom - perfectly suited for families!

You can expect a bright, spaciously living / dining area with an open kitchen. Large windows let in plenty of light. The way from the well-equipped kitchen to the dining area is short. You can also enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter.
A big sofa, that you can transform quickly into a comfortable double bed, invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy a book or watch the latest news on television.

The bedroom is generous - in the spaciously closet you have ample room to space newly purchased or brought clothes and treasures. The queen-size bed promises a good night's rest ...
The bedroom includes a sufficiently large bathroom, with bathtubs.
Of course, you don´t need to bring bedding or towels. In addition to bath towels, there are beach towels available, too.

The apartment offers a second bedroom for a child or another third or fifth person. It can be separated by a curtain.

To enjoy the great Florida weather, the apartment has a private screened outdoor area with seats. Besides sunbathing at the pool area, there is a private deck area available.

This was the perfect place for us! The pool was perfectly warm and the neighbors were so nice to our 4 year old grandson. It’s in just the right location- close to major intersections but far enough away from the road noise.

Perfect location for night life activites and close beach access

The property isn't as well kept up as in the past visits. The paver bricks need to be power washed. The grout between the pool tiles, around the perimeter of the pool, has mold. The pool could also use a hand rail installed for the aid and assistance of getting in and out. Middle aged, up to seniors are predominantly the ones who use this property however any age need this common support handle. It would also be nice to have the cement parking curbs painted and labeled to go with each labeled room. This way each paying guest has a designated spot. So many times we have come back in the evening and have no where to park and have to knock on the studio door occupants and ask them to move in the back. These requests are not expensive and will also make your property even more attractive. We have been paying guests for 5 years in a row and would to return and see some updates. You have a wonderful manager and we hope to see Judy again next year.

Love this place. Very clean and comfortable. 3rd stay here and it just is a pleasure every time. Judi the manager is very available for questions and concerns. Close to beach. It’s great to have a pool shared with only a few other people. Will return again.

Summer getaway

Upon arrival the original unit we rented, the air conditioning was not working properly so the Manager moved us to another unit smaller than originally rented. Judy was very helpful and assured us that an adjustment would be made in the costs for the rental. We enjoyed our stay at the complex.

Nice alternative to hotel

Comfortable mid range accommodations. Great for families to spread out. There are 4 units sharing the covered pool. This arrangements makes it perfect for a gathering of several families or groups. Quiet neighborhood is close to restaurants, groceries and all services.

Post Hurricane stay

This was a difficult time to find a place to stay while checking out our damaged property nearby and we were grateful to have a clean, quiet , safe place to stay. The owner let us know there may not be electric yet, but it was on when we arrived. Despite the electric being on, we had problems with no working fridge, microwave and on the final days there was no hot water. This was tough as we cleaned from the hurricane and had no way to wash ourselves . The property manger was great and tried to help with this and I mentioned it to the owner who did not seem concerned due to the warning about electric . I imagine this will not be a problem in the future, and I hope not for future guests.

Stay in Cape Coral

The property and location was very nice. The place was they pretty size for two people, my son and I. The only real issue was the AC. The two units in the place did not cool things down even though they ran all day. The main area and main bedroom did get to a comfortable temp at night but the bathroom and the other smashed bedroom stayed pretty warm so we didn’t use the extra room other then for storage. Other then that the place was really nice and clean and perfect for where it was located.
